yup,these pics are from the film A Clockwork Orange- A Classic.[ultraviolence/mindcontrol]was the main theme. i'm not into "ultraviolence/mindcontrol" but the book.movie was great and if you get offended...oh well. the clockwork thing,well it is a comedy really with the director [Stanley Kubrick] english humor getting way out there!

ARTIST PROFILE

MICHAEL HUDAK WAS BORN IN CALI, COLUMBIA AND TURNED OVER TO A FRANCISCAN ORPHANAGE SHORTLY AFTER HIS BIRTH. HE WAS RAISED BY HIS ADOPTIVE PARENTS AND LIVED IN VARIOUS PARTS OF NEW JERSEY.

MICHAEL RECEIVED HIS B.F.A. FROM THE PHILADELPHIA COLLEGE OF THE ARTS, WHICH HE ATTENDED FROM 1979-1982 AND STUDIED UNDER SUCH NOTED ILLUSTRATORS AS AL GOLD, BEN EISENSTADT AND PETE SCHAUMANN.

IN 1989 MIKE SUFFERED A STROKE AS A RESULT OF A MASSIVE BRAIN ANEURYSM THAT LEFT HIM PARALYZED ON HIS RIGHT SIDE AND UNABLE TO SPEAK. WITH HELP AND AN UNYEILDING PERSERVERANCE, MIKE TAUGHT HIMSELF TO TALK, WALK, WRITE, AND PAINT AGAIN, NOW WITH HIS LEFT HAND.

WORKING PRIMARILY IN WATERCOLOR, MIKE ALSO ENJOYS WORKING WITH ACRYLIC, OIL, AND INK. MIKE IS BEST KNOWN FOR HIS COLORFUL, IMPRESSIONIST LANDSCAPES, BARNS AND HOMES… INSPIRED BY THE SURROUNDING AREA OF BLOOMSBURY, NJ WHERE HE LIVES.

MIKE’S WORK HAS BEEN SHOWN IN GALLERIES IN NY. NJ. AND PA. AND HAS APPEARED IN NUMEROUS SHOWS, ONE MAN SHOWS AND THE GOVENORS’ OFFICE , STATE OF NEW JERSEY.
