Hwy 41 South from the 74 Exit, about 10 miles in is a stretch of road that belongs to the Gods that's near Turkey Run State Park, beautiful curves that stretch long and wide, Trees that overhang the two lane hwy and in the fall it's orange, Brilliant Reds, browns, from the Harley you get a view of a awesome creek, bubbling through the trees, Areas that are etched with stones and Huge Boulders. Once your near the entrance, turn in and take the less traveled roads.... When your finished there swing by one of the many local eateries for a feast then head to Racoon Lake
then there's always the road to Mom's place it's a nice little trip, but the reward waits when you get there, Fresh baked cobbler, A pot of hot coffee, and then it's off to the Pond to catch enough Bass and Blue gill to feed all. Eat your fill of fish and then kick back around the Camper and listen to the crackling fire and frogs!

Just about ANYWHERE in the Smokie Mountains excepting newfound gap road that traverses the park proper. its gotten bumper to bumper past few years...and the dragon (318 curves in 11 miles) was fantastic till the crotch rocket crowd took it over.....Blue Ridge Parkway is 2 wheeled heaven and for a mellow ride try Natchez trace parkway from west of Nashville to Natchez, MS.....oh. and the Arkansas Ozarks! and..and...sigh, why did winter have to come?
