Next... a new bill has been introduced and can nearly be considered a companion of HR1076. It mandates that insurance companies must disclose restrictions and exclusions in plain language and in advance so there is no misunderstanding. This interpretation was released by MRF and can be read at this link - http://www.mrf.org/reports/2008/08LR18.htm
