What a unique experience we share. I don’t pretend to know something others don’t and I don’t pretend to have experienced things that no one else has. I only attempt to express my insight though my experiences as of lately. It’s amazing how powerful it is that something as simple as piloting a vehicle with only two wheels deserves that person so much.

We are regarded and respected for our individual skills and abilities to ride in the eyes of our peers. This is deepened by our character and how we choose to live our lives and treat others. We are questioned for the risks we take by people who don’t understand why it is we do what we do. This isn’t about whether or not you are a “real” biker; this isn’t about the brand you ride. You’re either born this way or you are not.

I’ve ridden many brands and many styles and I have learned the rules of the road regardless. I continue to learn the rules and I continue to push the boundaries. I walk up to that line and I move it forward just a little bit more each time. Does this mean that someday I will reach a point where that line will move no more? If I have learned anything, I have learned that you cannot predict entering into a situation and you cannot predict the outcome. Life deals you the hand and you move forward with it regardless.

I love this life that I have where I can get out on my bike and ride some of the best roads on this planet with some of the best friends I have ever had and will ever have.  Take nothing for granted and ride that ride as if it is going to be your last! You never know what’s around that next corner, or up that next hill. Good friends, great roads, great weather… it doesn’t get any better than that! I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
