What Sweet said!  My guy Nate at The Cycle Stop will give me a list if stuff to check before I have to bring it down. If I can get it done, he's out the $. But he knows where I'm taking it when I can't do it myself! I'd been to a few local places before there. But now I won't go anywhere else! And he's out of the way for me, but worth every mile.

Competitive prices & Quality work, Always greet, welcome & thank customers fer stoppin' by, buying or callin',  Offer a 5 or 10% discount fer Refering customers (document who they sent & whether anything was bought), Think about maybe organizing a once a month ride starting from the parking lot (never know, somebody may buy or order somthing)

Thats great Spark!!  Just a good ole school shop....You know, like they used to be.  Quality work is a rare commodity these days...Can't get it at the stealerships, thats for damn sure..So that would be a BIG draw.  Also, give people tech support over the phone...you know...like they used to.  A customer may not be able to afford a shop at the moment, and might need a little input to wrench on his own...It might seem like somethin that cuts into your business...But...you'll have a loyal customer for life...
