It's called Greed! You either share it with your employees and take care of their families or you just plain Suck! Working for a good employer that pays you twice plus what the going rate is, is a good thing. But working for somebody that only pays you a minimal fee and you struggle while, they continue to stay on the golf course or they continue to buy expensive homes, Those are the ones that Suck! After all if it weren't for the employees who would build their product or package it for shipping, where would they be? Sweating their asses off!

It's amazing that shareholders put up with CEO's pay.  And if or when the CEO's leave or are booted, they often get enormous "golden parachute" severance payments.  It ain't just that it's bad that they receive huge paychecks, it's that they make huge paychecks by chiseling their workers, their customers and their investors.

Yeah, you ain't kidding! The stress & headaches (migrane's) isn't worth it, it was, but wasn't....

I'm still smilin' cause I'm still feedin' my kid, and still employed. We ain't got much, but we're happy! Probably happier then those CEO's that have all the stress that all that money brings!!!
