As most of you know, a week ago I decided that I was going to have a "Momentary Lapse of Sanity", and took too many pills, because I just had so much anger, hate, and a few other things going thru my mind, that I just wanted to end it all!
Since that time, I spent 12 hours in a psych unit, and learned alot of things about how to deal with my life right now. 2 days after I had come home, I went and talked to my therapist, and learned even more things, along with the other things that I had learned while I was in the psych unit. I have learned alot of great things, and I am extremely grateful for all of the things that I learned thru the psych unit and my therapist.
But I am more grateful to my loving husband, Rick, who has gone thru alot in the past week. He has been the greatest husband, lover, & friend that a woman could have! Thank You Babe for everything!
I had another appointment with a psych dr today, because my doctor is out of town, and we had a great talk, and he wants to see me again next week!
But things are looking totally postive for me!
